This was one of the best vacations I have ever taken! The only downside was that the vacation was too short! The Barcelo resort was beautiful and had an endless amount of activities. Our agent Stephen William was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing and activities outside the resort. He also helped us with booking these outings, which saved us so much time.

In 2022, I had to travel to Jamaica for a death in the family, and was truly daunted by all the "Covid red tape" requirements. In addition, being vegetarian, I wanted to stay in self-catering accommodation, as well as, stay close to other travelling relatives. Based on his reputation, I contacted Stephen at Cruise Planners, and to my amazement, he figuratively "held my hands" through every aspect. He dealt with all the Covid requirements, as well as, researched where to stay that was close to relatives and within my price range! It was as if, he was the one doing my journey! His outstanding service, phenomenal gentle patience, and care demonstrates that he loves what he does. He is a gem in the travel arena! We just booked a cruise with Stephen and we are so impressed with his devotion and professionalism that we couldn’t wait to share our experience. We are a family of 6 and it goes without saying that cruising for us are expensive. Stephen bravely took the challenge (too many people, low budget) and patiently worked with us for 3 days straight, mornings and nights until he found a suitable cruise to fit our aspirations and budget. I engaged Stephen William of Cruise Planners to help plan a vacation getaway to Grenada in March 2022. His service was amazing!!! He patiently shared a number of flight and hotel options, providing pros and cons. Once I selected dates and a location, Stephen walked me through the booking process making it super easy. He went over and above my expectations, reaching out to enquire about covid testing availability and sending the pre-entry covid forms.

We contacted Stephen to plan our vacation cruise and it was the best decision ever! He understood perfectly our needs and he found the cruise that we exactly wanted. We went with virgin cruise to key west and Bahamas and it was so much fun! The cruise is modern with so many things to do.. we had a blast! If you are planning a vacation, Stephen is the key!
